AXIS#.HWLS.POSSOURCE

Description

Selects which digital input will be used as the positive limit switch input for an axis.

No positive limit switch input is configured if this is set to zero.

Value Input Selected
0 No input selected
1-12 DIN1-DIN12
101-106 DIO1-106

  • When using DIO inputs the associated connector mode, X22.MODE or X23.MODE, must be set to GPIO mode and the DIO#.DIR must be set to input.

Examples

Usage

0 (default)

Mo positive limit switch input configured

1 to 8

Selects DIN# as the positive limit switch input for an axis and is supported on all drive models.

9 to 12

Selects DIN# as the positive limit switch input for an axis on drives with X22 connector

101 to 102

Selects DIO1 or DIO2 as the positive limit switch input for an axis on drives with X22 connector if X22.MODE is GPIO and DIO#.DIR is set to input

103 to 106

Selects DIO3-DIO6 as the positive limit switch input for an axis on drives with X23 connector if X23.MODE is GPIO and DIO#.DIR is set to input

Code

Selects DIN5 as the positive limit switch input for axis 1 and DIN6 as the input for axis 2.

-->AXIS1.HWLS.POSSOURCE 5

-->AXIS2.HWLS.POSSOURCE 6

No positive limit switch input is configured for axis 1 and DIN1 is selected as the input for axis 2.

-->AXIS1.HWLS.POSSOURCE 0

-->AXIS2.HWLS.POSSOURCE 1
